Hello! I’m Rachel Ray! No not that Rachael Ray!

I've been doing photography for 12 years. I really can't believe it's been that long. When you do something that you're extremely passionate about time doesn't seem to matter. I love to photograph just about everything. Seniors, Families, Kids, Portraits, Events, and News. I didn't start out doing photography at all. When I was little, I always wanted to do Dentistry. Crazy I know but I loved it. I was a Dental Assistant for almost 25 years when I had to give it up because of neck pain. I needed a hobby so I took photos of barns in the area and I was hooked. It's turned into such a passion. It started with landscapes but now I love meeting new people, working with kids, and photographing special moments. I'm constantly wanting to learn new things about photography too. Editing, lighting, or just reviewing the basics, it's all so much fun.

I grew up and live in Central Illinois. My husband and I, with our family, have lived in Tuscola, IL for more than 20 years. There's nothing like being part of a small community and using photography to capture so many wonderful moments. When I'm not behind my camera, you'll find me hanging out with my family and new grandson, shopping, grabbing coffee, or car rides around the area.
